You see the cost and the allowances due for that shift no matter the day, length or loading. It's all there! Staff can view the master roster and their personal roster anytime and see any available shift that they may like to pick up. Qualifications and visa dates allows you to track all the staff who are going to have expired certifications ahead of time. 

All the shifts worked flow through to payroll, with the only the exceptions being highlighted for individual authorisation.
