Time Target was designed from the outset to make these complex areas easy to use and to work off each other to save time and leverage the information from across all facets of managing staff.

For instance the roster is integrated to the contract interpretation so you know the cost of every shift as you input the roster. This includes all allowances, loadings and pay rates for every shift and every roster. One click Budgeting shows the line manager how they are tracking, turning cell red (bad) or green (good)

The Staff Attendance system knows when staff should be arriving due to the roster so Time Target  can auto authorise the majority of time sheets for you, leaving just the exceptions that you want to know about. This saves time and money!

Our Rosters are second to none when it comes to ease of use and flexible configuration. Staff enjoy using the Self Service kiosk as they have access to information that is important to them. Time Target can be used simply as a clock-in tool or as a detailed multi location, multi department system interfacing to HR, Payroll and POS systems.
